How to return or exchange an item ordered
Your order may be accepted for refund or exchange only if the product is returned in original condition and packaging, with 30 calendar days from the delivery date. The returned product(s) should be accompanied by the original receipt.
Returning a product for exchange or refund may inflict shipping charge which will be informed to you by your local DHL® drop off point.
If you wish to return an item received as a gift, the item may be exchanged for an item of equal or higher value, where the remaining cost above the original sum must be made. Kindly contact our Customer Service Department who will send you a pre-paid return label by email.
Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged where the result of the investigation is due to a manufacturing error or shipping.
How long does it take for a refund?
We will do our best to issue a refund as quick as possible. You should receive your refund within 23 business days after we have received your returned item(s) at our warehouse.
