HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE MY PRODUCTS?
To customize your product with your initials through heat embossing or hand paint, this can be done by visiting the “Design your Own” page on the website. You can select and preview your chosen characters and/symbols for each product before adding it to your basket. Please not that up to three characters and/or symbols can be personalized.In order to make a special one of a kind artwork customization, this can be done through the “Design your Own” page on the website, where a your instructions to your request can be shared and (if required) you can upload an image to help our artist process your request. Our Cuvierr team will review your request with 3 working days and will get in touch with you for approval and payment methods.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes, our customer service team will be able to assist you by taking your request and guide you through the payment process.
WHY WAS MY CREDI/DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD DECLINED AT CHECKOUT?
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card or other payment method has been declined, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider. Before doing so, please ensure that:
